Hi everyone,

I hope you all are doing well. So if you follow me on my facebook page you know how much I absolutely love creating eye looks. So, for 14th August I wanted to create a pretty green and white eye look. I am going to share step by step pictures with you all and you can learn how to achieve this glam Independence day look.

Products You Will Need

So, you will need some makeup products and eye brushes. You don't have to use exactly these products. Instead, you can use any shades from any brands similar as these. To achieve this look I used:

- Makeup Revolution eyeshadow palette in Flawless
- Bh Cosmetics Eyeshadow in green
- Jordana 12 hr made to last eyeshadow pencil in Endless Emerald
- Color studio Eye pencil in Jasmine
- Diana of London concealer
- Loreal True Match Powder
- Becca Highlighter in Prosecco Pop
- Makeup Revolution Brow Kit
- Luscious Catwalk eyeliner in Black
- Ardell Demi wispies lashes
- Bourjois Twist up the Volume Mascara
- Duo Lash Glue
- Bh Cosmetics pink a dot eye brushes
 - Nyx Butter Gloss in Tiramisu
 - Wet n Wild Mega Last lipstick in Cherry picking

Eye Look

So, I started by priming my eyelid with the Diana of London concealer. It conceals darkness on my eyes and makes it look even. I prime my eyelid to the brow bone and lower lid too. Immediately after priming, I set the primer using any powder. Here I set the concealer with Loreal True Match powder. I fill in my brows in advance for this look.

I used a very pale brown matte eyeshadow from the Makeup Revolution Flawless palette and I blended it all over my crease to the brow bone and blended it towards my inner corner. I also blended the eyeshadow on the outer corners of my lower lid in circular motions. This eyeshadow is quite similar to my skin tone and it doesn't show properly on my eyelid and I used it as a transition shade.

Now I took the caramel matte brown shade from the same palette and I blended it slightly lower than where I blended the pale brown shade. It gives a nice dimension to the look and I blended it slightly towards my inner corner and didn't take it too far. To ensure I don't take the eyeshadow all the way to my brow bone,  I used a cream coloured eyeshadow under my brows.

Now to give this look a little smoked out effect I took a cool brown shade from the same palette and I blended it on the outer edge of my eyes. I kept it in the outer part only and didn't drag it to my crease.

Then I used the Jordana Eye pencil in Endless Emerald as a base for my green eyeshadow and I applied it to the inner third of my eye and then I blended it with my finger. This cream pencil is not too creamy and doesn't blend very smoothly that's why in the end my eyeshadows didn't look like properly blended,  but I assure you, I blended them properly.

Now I am going to use a green eyeshadow from my BH cosmetics palette and I am going to apply it over the green base and blend it out. Even though the green shade I used is matte, but since the eye pencil is quite shimmery, so the green part of the look stays very shimmery.

I wanted to use a white shimmery eyeshadow to highlight my inner corner and brow bone, but the white shade wasn't looking nice and it made me look ill. So instead I used the Becca Highlighter in Prosecco Pop that is a gold highlighter to highlight. The gold always looks pretty with green and I was satisfied with the color combination.

Now to give a little touch of white to the look I used Color studio eye pencil in Jasmine to line my water line and tight line. The use of white makes the eye look brighter and wider even with the heavy eye makeup. I also blended the chocolate brown shade on the outer third of my lower lid and blended it out using the caramel shade.

Lastly, I finished off the look using Luscious Catwalk eyeliner to create a winged eyeliner. I applied Ardell demi wispy lashes and top them and my lower lid off with Bourjois twist up mascara.

To pair with the eye look, I used the Wet n Wild Mega Last lipstick in Cherry Cicking, which is quite a deep shade. So, I pat the excess color off using a tissue and then topped it off with Nyx butter gloss in tiramisu.

And the look is ready,  I hope you all will like it. It is quite a bold look and not everyone's cup of tea, but you can definitely recreate it for any occasion. I am sorry for the bad lighting in few pictures because it was raining that day and sometimes the sun was out and sometimes it was not. So that is the reason behind inconsistency in the pictures lighting.

If you decide to recreate this look please do send me a picture and I would love to see your recreation. I created my look on my own without any inspiration, but probably you can find hundreds of makeup looks out there similar as this. I have reviewed quite a few of these products, but if you want me to review any other of these please let me know in the comments. You can get 90% of these products from Just4Girls and that is where I got the majority of mine.

Did you like this post?  Do you want me to do more of these looks?  Have you tried any of these products?  Don't forget to comment :)
