Today i am reviewing the Oriflame Pure Color Lipstick in Blush Pink and Rich Red. Honestly speaking after bad experiences with MUA and Elf Lipsticks i stopped expecting good from any cheap lipstick. I saw Oriflame products on Just4Girls one day and thought to try out some of their products. Now whats a better way to try out a brand then to buy its lipsticks? So i ordered two shades in Blush Pink and Rich Red. Didn't saw any satisfactory swatches online so went with these shades. Read below what i have to say about the Oriflame Pure Color Lipsticks.

Smooth Conditioning lipstick in a huge spectrum of colour. Bold shades, creamy texture. Really smooth and creamy, conditioning lipstick that moisturises. The huge range of beautiful, bold shades means you’ve got a colour for every occasion. These lipsticks are available in 15 different shades.

The oriflame pure color lipsticks come in a black packaging with transparent cap. At a first glance the packaging doesn't looks good quality but you cant expect more from a Rs400 lipstick. But the cap shuts securely so i would say they are travel friendly. Since the formula is moisturising the lipsticks will melt if you will put it in your purse and leave inside the car under the sun. Otherwise if you will let the lipsticks sit on your vanity even when the temp will rise up to 50°C these wont melt. So you don't need to put these in the refrigerator like some other lipsticks need. The lipstick has faint moisturising lotion smell and contains 4g of product.

The Oriflame Pure Color Lipsticks have a very creamy smooth texture. They feel very moisturising on lips and give a very glossy finish. They don't have any shimmer or glitter instead they just reflect a beautiful sheen. The formula is very sheer. If you want a slight tint on your lips you can just layer it a single time. Or if you want more color pay off you will have to layer it up to 10 times to get the full pigmentation. If you are someone like me who love their lipsticks matte obviously you wont like these lipsticks but here is a catch. If your lips are so dry and chapped in winter like me that you cant wear anything except a lip balm then these lipsticks are all what you need. Personally i don't like applying a lip balm under my lipsticks because it changes the formula of lipsticks and they end up everywhere on your face except your lips. The oriflame lipsticks is all what i need in winter time. You get super moisturised lips with a beautiful colored tint to the extent you want. If you are someone who don't like matte lipsticks or afraid to try out bold shades these sheer moisturising lipsticks are your best option. You would think why wont you buy tinted lip balms instead of these oriflame lipsticks? The answer is these lipsticks are way cheaper then those tinted lip balms available in the market. Also they last a good 4 to 5 hours on your lips and after that they don't completely fade away but you have quite a tint left on your lips. Since these are travel friendly you can easily reapply them. These lipsticks are my go to lipsticks in winter. Also in summer when i want a light color on my lips these are the lipsticks i turn to. The shade range is great the price and quality is great. I think these lipsticks don't get the hype they deserve. They don't bleed since light colors are the best to avoid the problem of lipsticks bleeding and ending up on your chin and upper lip. These do feather slightly if you eat or drink but you can easily clean up that. They feel the same on your lips as a moisturising lip balm do. The only issue i found with these lipsticks is that they don't stick to your lips completely at first like moisturising lipstick do. They will transfer to the upper or lower lip instead and you will have that white line on your lips as you can see in the lip swatches. But after a while they start to stick more to your lips and the issue is solved.

If you like moisturising lipsticks and don't mind layering up your lipsticks i definitely recommend you these lipsticks.
