Each designer has selected a nail color that mirrors their vision for Spring/Summer 2013.

Luscious fashion nail polish comes in stylish square bottle. The bottom square part is of clear glass containing the product and comes with black applicator top. The name of the polish is according to the designer who has selected that nail color. I have two shades sana safinaz and umer sayeed the names are written on front. Its written that product is about 14ml which is quite good. The clear glass packaging do get scratchy easily so you have to be carefull with that. The consistency of the nail polishes is very thin which is a Good thing in a sense that it wont dry in bottle soon.

My review

I think the color selection is quite nice. You get some of the usual shades and also unique ones too. The sana safinaz shade is very gorgeous red with a hint of pink. Where as the umer sayeed one is very pretty pink undertoned beige color. The sana safinaz shade as being a pinkish red is very universal color it will suit you what ever complexion you have. Where as the umer sayeed shade being beige color will suit you if you have fair‚ light or dark complexion. But if you have light to medium complexion it will look a little white on you and will make your hands look little darker as compare to what they are(you can see swatch of both polishes side by side and will know what i mean). As you can see in swatches you will think i am a clumsy nail polish applier lol but that's not the case. As i have mentioned the consistency of these nail polishes is very thin so one coat is not enough. You will have to apply two to three coats for color to show on your nails. But they have a little problem. They get quite sticky on second and third layer and it is very difficult to layer it up. It will be all over your skin and when you will try to take off that extra nail polish from you skin no matter whatever you try it wont come off. Until you wash or scrub your hands. So best advice is to put tape or Vaseline on your fingers before applying this nail polish.

Firstly i need to mention that these polishes need atleast an hour to dry completely. Yes you heard it right. You will want to apply it when you are completely free. Because once i just let it dry for half hour and then went to do some work and when i came back the polish was all ruined. The staying power of these polishes depend on your activity level. If you are a princess who don't do chores congrats these will last you for a week without chipping. Where as if you are like me and do chores. It will hardly last you a day before the ends start to chip.

I would rate these nail polishes a 3/5. I would try more shades and will top it off with quick drying top coat and it will last me long then. The color selection is beautiful. You should definately try one. Just stay away from umer sayeed one if you have light to medium complexion. That is you are between mac nc30 to nc42
